Hermes Assistant SMS Terms and Conditions

The Chris Leon – Hermes Assistant SMS program is a personal, low-volume messaging service operated by Chris Leon. It provides requested personal-assistant notifications, reminders, status updates, and two-way responses. It is not a marketing or lead-generation program.

Enrollment and consent

Participation is voluntary and limited to people personally invited by Chris Leon. To enroll, review the public opt-in notice and text START to (636) 210-5525 from the mobile number you want enrolled. By sending START, you confirm that you are the authorized user of that number and consent to receive automated informational and conversational text messages from the Hermes Assistant.

Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on your requests and interactions with the service. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier and service plan.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive an opt-out confirmation, and no further messages will be sent unless you enroll again.
